<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: MARCH 31, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 31, 1975, at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan, Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos introduced and moved the addption <br />of the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6243 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING STEVE NORTH, CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, AS ALTERNATE DIRECTOR ON THE <br />SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY BOARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Roseville is a member of the Suburban Rate Authority; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, each member is to appoint a Director and Alternate <br />Director to serve on the Suburban Rate Authority Board of <br />Directors; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, James F. Andre has been appointed as Roseville's <br />Director; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota, that Steve North be appointed <br />as Roseville's Alternate Director on the Roseville Suburban <br />Rate Authority Board. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Hess and upon a vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
