<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />city Council of the city of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the city Council of the city of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 31st day of March, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger <br /> <br />and Councilmen curley, Demos, Hess and Brennan, and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilman Demos introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6244 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT P-75-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of <br /> <br />the City of Roseville generally in the area abutting the <br /> <br />west side of Snelling Avenue between County Road C and <br /> <br />County Road C-2 by the construction of pavement, concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter, storm sewer, water appurtenances and other <br /> <br />miscellaneous appurtenances, and to assess the benefited <br /> <br />property for all or a portion of the cost of the improve- <br /> <br />ment pursuant to Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 <br /> <br />(Minn. Statutes 1961). <br />
