<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the fourteenth day of November, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mastel, Goedeke, P. Johnson, Wiski, and V. Johnson and the <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9131 <br /> <br />FINAL ACCEPTANCE, CITY PROJECT W-92-21 <br />Roseville Water Booster Station <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the city in June of 1993, Northwestern <br />Mechanical of Long Lake, Minnesota has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with <br />City Project W -92-21, modifications to the Roseville water booster station including the installation of a <br />new booster pump and the installation of a by-pass piping system; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, <br />MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby accepted and approved; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for <br />the final payment of such contract, taking the contractor's receipt in full. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember P. <br />Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mastel, Goedeke, P. <br />Johnson, Wi ski, and V.
