<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD April 14, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />held in the City Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, Roseville, <br />Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of April, 1975, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6249 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there exists in full force and effect Cooperative <br />Traffic Signal Agreement No. 56339 dated December 31, 1969, entered <br />into by and between the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "State" and the City of Roseville <br />therein referred to as the "Village" and hereinfafter referred to as <br />the "City", <br /> <br />WITNESSETH: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is anticipated that the work provided for in said <br />agreement is eligible for Federal-aid funds participation under the <br />"High Hazard Safety" program and that such Federal-aid funds will re- <br />imburse the State 90 percent of the costs therefore. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Paragraph 4 of said agreement is deleted and the following <br />substituted therefore "4. The State shall install or cause the install- <br />ation of an actuated traffic signal with overhead and pedestrian <br />indications and street lights on TH No. 51 West Ramps and County Road <br />B-2. Estimated Construction Cost $75,000. Federal-aid High Hazard <br />Safety share 90 percent City's share 5 percent." <br />
