EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF rlEETING OF THE CITY CDUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, mWlESOTA - HELD ON APRIL 21. 1975 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, r.1innesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on f'londay, April 21, 1975, at 7:30 o.clock p.m. The fo 11 owi ng members were present: Mayor Linebarger. Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos and the follovJing \"Jere absent: None r'1ember Hess introduced and moved the adopti on of the following resolution: Resolution ilo. 6253 RESOLUTION REQUESTHlG TIlE [~AMSEY COUNTY BOARD OF CQi11..1JSSIONERS APPROVE Aim PLACE FOUR-~AtW STOP DEVICES l\T THE INTERSECTION OF DALE STREET ArlO UEST COUNTY ROAD 13-2 \-JlIEREAS, the City Council of Roseville has requested that the Director of Public ':.Jorks contact the Ramsey County Engineer requesting the possible placement of a traffic control device at Dale Street and County Road B-2; and \'JHEREAS, the Ramsey County Engineer has }"eplied indicating that a four (4) way stop is not warranted under present conditions; and WHEREAS, the City Council of Roseville are at the position that for the safety of its citizens, a traffic control device should be placed at said intersection. NOt,!, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEO that the Ramsey County Board of Com- missioners be requested to reconsider the matter and place four (4) way stop signs at the intersection of Dale Street and West County Road B-2. The motion for the adoption of the forel]oing resolution vIas duly seconded by Member Brennan , and upon a vote being taken the fo 11m-Ii ng voted in favor thereof: Hess, Brennan, Curl ey and Linebarger. and the fo11m'Jinn, voted against the same: None. Abstention: Demos. WHEREUPOII, the said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
