BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Rsevi 11 e wi 11 recei ve a pay- ment of $3,567.02 for the exchange of properties, and including the tem- porary easement; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the property be; ng recei ved from the City be subject to deferred assessment charges, as per City Ordinance Sections 66.240, 72.030 and 75.040, as amended by Ordinance No. 745, dated December 30, 1974. when utilization of the existing utilities occurs~ and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that these saine parcels also be subject to street and right of way assessments in conjunction with Project P-74-27.
