EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD April 28, 1975 * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on April 28, 1975. The following members were present: Acting Mayor Roger Hess, Councilmen Brennan, Curley and Demos. and the following members were absent: Mayor Linebarger Member Brennan and moved its adoption: introduced the following Resolution RESOLUTION NO. 6255 A RESOLUTION RELEASING A CERTAIN PRIVATE EASEMENT. WHEREAS, the City has acquired in fee simple title the property described below, which property has running in its favor a 20 foot private easement for ingress and egress~ and WHEREAS, the City is in the process of street improvements upon completion of which said private easement will no longer be needed~ and WHEREAS, the City therefore desires to release all rights to said easement for itself and its successors and assigns~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: The City, for itself and for its successors and assigns to the below described property, hereby releases and vacates that certain private easement for ingress and egress as set forth in a Warranty Deed dated April 6, 1933, filed in the Register of Deeds for Ramsey County in Bookl922"Deeds 612, Document No. 850348. Said easement which is being released being described as follows: The South 20 feet of the S.1/7 of N.2l/32 of W.2/3 of NW~ of SE~ of Sec. 15, T. 29, R. 23.
