<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MAY 12, 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thererof, a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall is <br />said City of the 12th day of May, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following reso- <br />lution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6256 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION <br />OF A PUBLIC STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted <br />notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine <br />whether or not a certain street in the City of Roseville <br />should be vacated, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in <br />the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to <br />the public interest to vacate said street; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby <br />vacates the public street over the property described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The alley running North-South, west of <br />Lots, 4, 5, 6, 7 and East of Lot 8, <br />Block 1, Rice Street Grand View Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reso- <br />lution was duly seconded by member Demos , and upon <br />a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the <br />rsolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
