EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON MAY 12, 1975 * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thererof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall is said City of the 12th day of May, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess and the following members were absent: None Member Hess introduced the following reso- lution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6256 RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a certain street in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and; WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said street; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public street over the property described as follows: The alley running North-South, west of Lots, 4, 5, 6, 7 and East of Lot 8, Block 1, Rice Street Grand View Addition. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing reso- lution was duly seconded by member Demos , and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the rsolution: All present and the following voted against the same: None WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
