Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council of City of Roseville Ramsey county, Minnesota Held: May 19, 1975 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 19th day of May, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. rrhe following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos and Hess and the fOllowing were absent: None Councilman nP.mn~ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 6266 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEz,1Em NO. ST-75-6 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Rosevill€: as follows: 1. By resolution adopted April 14, 1975, the Council has directed the City Public works Director to prepare a preliminary report as to the feasibility of a proposed improvement in the area generally bounded on the north by Glenhill Road: on the south by County Road C-2: on the west by Arona Street: and on the east by a line 200 feet east of Dellwood Avenue by the con- struction of storm sewer facilities and necessary appurtenances. The Public works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimate have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. rrhe improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. ST-75-6. 2. The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said City, on June 2, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and
