<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD JUNE 9, 1975 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br /> <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, June 9, 1975 at <br />7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, <br /> <br />Curley, Demos and Hess <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Brennan introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6268 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF PASCAL AVENUE. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, <br />the City Council held a public hearing on June 9, 1975, to determine <br />whether or not a certain street in the City of Roseville should be <br />vacated, and ~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use <br />of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial and in the public <br />interest to vacate the following described street~ <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: <br /> <br />The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates <br />the following public street: <br /> <br />The East One-half (E~) of Pascal Avenue lying <br />North of Commerce Street and South of State <br />Highway #36, being that part of Pascal Avenue <br />abutting and on the west of Lot I, Block 1, <br />Zimmerman Office Park, according to the plat <br />thereof, in Ramsey County, Minnesota, but <br />reserving to the City of Roseville the West <br />ten (lO~ feet of said vacated part of Pascal <br />Avenue as and for a perpetual easement for <br />underground utilities. <br />
