<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Ci ty Counei 1 <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, r.1innesota, \'Ias duly held <br /> <br />in the City Hall at 2701 Nortn Lexington Avenue, Roseville, ~linnesota, on <br /> <br />tionday, the <br /> <br />23rd <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />June <br /> <br />, 197~, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o I C 1 0 c k P. r~ . <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />;'layor Linebarger, Councilnlen Curley, JelflOS and [3rennan <br /> <br />and the fcl1m'li ng \A/ere absent: Counci hlan 11ess <br /> <br />t~ember <br /> <br />Delnos <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution <br /> <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 6277 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONrlENT OF ASSESSHENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />i~HEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br /> <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br /> <br />since tne certifications, a number of parcels of property contained \~ithin said <br /> <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br /> <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br /> <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br /> <br />NO~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br /> <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br /> <br />following descrioed properties: <br />
