<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING <br />OF THE CITY COONCIL - ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br />HELD JULY 21, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 21st day of <br />July, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />COlIDcilmen Demos, Hess, Brennan and Curley <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6279 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville intends to participate in the <br />radio communications grant; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Radio Connmmications Grant has been approved by <br />the Governor's Crime Commission; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Cotmcil of the Ci ty <br />of Roseville that the City will authorize the proper County Officials <br />to sign the grant agreement and award the contract; and <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Roseville will <br />appropriate and remit to the County in accordance with the ratio <br />provided for in the application, its share of the local match before <br />the County is asked to award the contract. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Hess and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted against same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br />adopted. <br />
