EXTRACT OF MœNUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the twelfth day of December, 1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9135 RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 72330M WHEREAS, Ramsey County revised the existing traffic signals along Hamline Avenue at the north T. H. 36 ramps and Commerce StreetlHamline Avenue intersection which included the installation of street lights and emergency vehicle preemption (EVP); and WHEREAS, the city in 1981 entered into an agreement between MnDOT and Ramsey County that outlined construction and maintenance responsibilities for the signals; and WHEREAS, a new agreement is needed because of the revisions to the traffic signals; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that Agreement No. 72330M between the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation, Ramsey County, and the City ofRoseville covering construction and maintenance of traffic control signals on the T. H. 36 north and south ramps, Commerce Street at Hamline Avenue, be approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wi ski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
