<br />EXTRACT OF MÅ“NUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the twelfth day of December, <br />1994, at 5:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson and <br />the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9135 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT NO. 72330M <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ramsey County revised the existing traffic signals along Hamline Avenue at the <br />north T. H. 36 ramps and Commerce StreetlHamline Avenue intersection which included the <br />installation of street lights and emergency vehicle preemption (EVP); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city in 1981 entered into an agreement between MnDOT and Ramsey County <br />that outlined construction and maintenance responsibilities for the signals; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a new agreement is needed because of the revisions to the traffic signals; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota, that <br />Agreement No. 72330M between the State of Minnesota Department of Transportation, Ramsey <br />County, and the City ofRoseville covering construction and maintenance of traffic control <br />signals on the T. H. 36 north and south ramps, Commerce Street at Hamline Avenue, be <br />approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Wiski and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Wi ski, Goedeke, <br />Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
