<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held in the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in said <br />City on Monday, the 4th day of August, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock <br /> <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br /> <br />Councilmen Demos, Brennan and Curley: and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Councilman Hess. <br /> <br />Councilman Curley introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6283 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1975 <br />ST-74-14 AND ST-74-l4-a, <br />DECI.ARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND <br />ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, contracts have been let for Combined Improvement <br />of 1975, ST-74-l4 and ST-74-14-B of the City of Roseville <br />consisting of the installation of storm sewer facilities and <br />necessary appurtenances in the area bounded by Capitol View on <br />the south, Bismarck Avenue on the north, Western Avenue on <br />the west and Marion Street on the east and in the area generally <br />bounded by State Trunk Highway 36 on the south, bounded on the <br />north by a line 200 feet north of Minnesota Avenue, bounded on <br />the west by the west line of Capitol View Hills Addition <br />extended northerly, and bounded on the east by Rice Street: <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the foregoing is in the areas described in the <br />legal notices relating to the original hearings on the improve- <br />ment and the resolutions relating thereto, and the contract <br />price for such improvement is $78,718.00 and the other <br />expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said <br />improvement amount to $15,524.00 so that the total cost of the <br />
