<br />EXTRAcr OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD August18, 1975 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and <br />held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, Augustlli, 1975, at <br />7: 30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Deroos <br />and the following were absent: N <br />one <br /> <br />Member Hess introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6285 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 239.020 of the Roseville City Code <br />provides the mechanism for the holding of primary elections; <br /> <br />mw, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council for <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />That, if required, the 1975 City Primary Election shall <br />be held on October 21, 1975. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Member Curley and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: All present <br /> <br />and the following voted agains t same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and <br /> <br />adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified Manager of <br />the City of Roseville, Minnesota, do hereby certify that I have <br />carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes <br />of a regular meeting of said City Council held on the 18th day of <br />August, 1975, with the original thereof on file in my office and <br />
