<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 18, 1975 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on August 18, 1975, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, CouncilIren <br />Hess, Brennan, ilirley and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: N <br />one <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br /> <br />assessment roll for a portion of Combined Improvement of 1973, <br />Series 5 prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public <br />works Director as directed by the Council on August 4, 1975, <br />and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in his <br /> <br />office and open to public inspection. <br />Brennan <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6286 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING ON <br />THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR A PORTION OF <br />COMBINED ZMPROVEMENT OF 1973, SERIES 5 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the city of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for a portion of Combined <br />Improvement of 1973, Series 5, now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager, is approved, and <br />the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />September 5, 1975, at the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in <br />the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall <br />state the date, time and place of the meeting, the general <br />
