<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 18, 1975 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on August 18, 1975, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />C01.IDcilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley, Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for the City's portion of Improvement P-ST-73-25 <br />prepared by him with the assistance of the City Public Works <br />Director and the City consulting engineers as directed by the <br />Council on August 4, 1975, and reported that the assessment roll <br /> <br />is now on file in his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman <br /> <br />Brennan <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution No. 6287 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE CITY'S PORTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENT P-ST-73-25 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for the City's portion of <br />Improvement P-ST-73-25 now on file and open to public inspec- <br />tion in the office of the City Manager, is approved, and the <br />Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the Council <br />will meet to consider the proposed assessment on september 5, <br />1975, at the City Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in the City of <br />Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall state the <br />date, time and place of the meeting, the general nature of said <br />
