<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />August 18, 1975 <br /> <br />A regular meeting of the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was held in the City Hall on August 18, 1975, at <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br /> <br />Mayor Lineb arger , <br /> <br />and the following were absent: N <br />one <br />The City Manager presented to the Council the proposed <br />assessment roll for Combined Improvement of 1975, ST-74-l4 and <br />ST-74-l4-B prepared by him with the assistance of the City <br />public Works Director as directed by the Council on August 4, <br />1975, and reported that the assessment roll is now on file in <br />his office and open to public inspection. <br /> <br />Councilman Brellllan <br /> <br />then introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. <br /> <br />6288 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR HEARING <br />ON THE PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR <br />COMBINED IMPROVEMENT OF 1975, <br />ST-74-l4 AND ST-74-l4-B <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville <br />that the proposed assessment roll for Combined Improvement of <br />1975, ST-74-l4 and ST-74-14-B now on file and open to public <br />inspection in the office of the City Manager, is approved, and <br />the Manager is directed to publish and mail notice that the <br />Council will meet to consider the proposed assessment on <br />September 5, 1975, at the city Hall, 2701 North Lexington, in <br />the City of Roseville, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The notice shall <br />
