Extract of l~li nutes of i~leeti ng of the <br />City Council <br />City of Roseville <br />County of Ramsey <br />State of i~li nnesota <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, ~4innesota, was duly Held <br />in the City Hall at 2701 +Vorth Lexington Avenue, Roseville, Plinnesota, on <br />P~londay, the l8tn day of Augtast 1975 at 7:30 <br />o'clock P.M. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, <br />Councilmen Hess, Brennan, Curley and Demos <br />and the following were absent: None <br />~~tember Curley i ntroduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution 1`Jo. 6289 <br />RESGLIJTION RELATING TO APPORTIOfdN1EyT OF ASSESS~4ENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />;~innesota, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the assessment rolls for various improvements for the City <br />of Roseville were certified to the County Auditor of the County of Ramsey, and <br />since the certifications, a number of parcels of property contained within said <br />assessment rolls have been divided and conveyed, it requires that apportionment <br />of the original assessments be made by the City Council of the City of Roseville <br />in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against <br />each parcel of property thereafter, <br />~JOt~, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Roseville does <br />hereby make the following apportionment of original assessments against the <br />following described properties: <br />
