EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON SEPTEMBER 8, 1975 * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu- lar meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of September, 1975, at7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger, Councilmen Brennan, Curley, Demos, and Hess, and the following members were absent: none. Member Brennan introduced the following resolu- tion and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 6295 RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF A PUBLIC STREET WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not a certain street in the City of Roseville should be vacated, and; WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said street; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville here- by vacates the public street over the property described as follows: West 30' pennyan Avenue from County Road B-2 to a point 97.76' south of County Road B-2. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Curley, and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of the resolution: all present and the following voted against the same: none. WHEREUPON, the said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
