<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of City Council <br />City of Rosevi11e <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 15th day <br /> <br />of September, 1975, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Linebarger and <br /> <br />Councilmen Curley, Demos, Brennan and Hess and the following <br /> <br />were absent: None <br /> <br />Councilman Demos introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 6297 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-W-SS-75-14 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville on proposed Evelyn Street from County <br /> <br />Road D south to Brenner Avenue extended by the installation of <br /> <br />bituminous surfacing, sanitary sewer mains, watermain, concrete <br /> <br />curb and gutter, dra1nage and necessary appurtenances, filed <br /> <br />with the Council on <br /> <br />September 3, 1975 <br /> <br />, is hereby declared <br /> <br />to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />tITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />
