<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, <br /> <br />was duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />1st <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />October <br /> <br />, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock <br /> <br />P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />McGee, Goodrich, <br /> <br />Kustermann and Schrenker <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Flanagan <br /> <br />Member Goodrich <br /> <br />introduced and moved the <br /> <br />adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 633 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING <br />ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Village <br />Council on August 27, 1962, Banister Engineering Co. has <br />prepared plans and specifications for Project No.2 of <br />Water Improvement No. 62-1 and have presented such plans and <br />specifications to the Council for approval. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are <br />attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. <br /> <br />2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be <br />inserted in the Rose Tribune, the official paper, and in the <br />Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the <br />making of such improvement under such approved plans and <br />specifications. The advertisement shall be published as <br />required by law, shall specify the work to be done, shall call <br />for bids upon the basis of a cash payment for such work, shall <br />
