"'- <br />"" .... ..... <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special <br />meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at the Village Hall in <br />Roseville on October 15, 1962, at 8:00 p.m. The following <br />members were present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Goodrich, Schrenker, <br />and Kustermann <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: Trustee Flanagan <br /> <br />I1ember KusJermann <br />following Resolution an moved lts adoption. <br /> <br />introduced the <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 608, BY <br />CORRECTING THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION FOR THAT PROPERTY BEING <br />TAKEN AS PARK SITE NO. 36A-2C. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Council for the Village of <br />Roseville adopted Resolution No. 608 on September 10, 1962; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS it was deemed to be necessary to acquire <br />for park purposes certain property lying within the Village <br />of Roseville, some of which property was set forth in said <br />Resolution No. 608; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the legal description given for Park <br />Site No. 36A-2C set forth in Resolution No. 608 was in error, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE <br />COUNCIL FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
