<br />ACCEPTING BID FOR WATER H1PROVE~:lENT NO. 62-1 PROJECT NO. 2

<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for Water Improvement No. 62-1,
<br />Project No.2, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to low, and
<br />the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

<br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Orfei and Sons of St. Paul, rvIinnesota, is the
<br />lowest responsible bidder,
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA:
<br />
<br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
<br />enter into the attached contract with Orfei & Sons, Inc. of
<br />St. Paul, i'1innesota, in the name of the Village of Roseville
<br />for the construction of Water Improvement 62-1, Project 2
<br />according to the plans and specifications therefore approved
<br />by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village
<br />Clerk.
<br />
<br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
<br />forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with these bids, except
<br />that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
<br />bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
<br />
<br />Adopted by the Villa.ge Council this 29th day of October, 1962.
