<br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />/" <br />N 0 t;. <br /> <br />HlIEREAS, Rose Realty, Inc., as owner of certain land known as lots 14, <br /> <br />15, 16 and 17, Block 3, and Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7, Block 4, Ed Bossard's Addition, <br /> <br />Plat 3, has pursuant to an Agreement with the Village of Roseville installed or <br /> <br />constructed an 8" Sanitary Sewer Extension on Bossard Drive from Hest County Road <br /> <br />B to a IDint approximately 350 feet north of lJest County Road B, and, <br /> <br />WlIEREA3, said Rose Realty has filed and also made its request for final <br /> <br />acceptance of said Sanitary Sewer by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WID~REAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer and filed his Certificate indicating that the construction of said Sanitary <br /> <br />Sewer has been completed in accordance with all the requirements of the Agreement <br /> <br />and recommends the acceptance of said Sanitary Sewer by the Village. <br /> <br />NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Sanitary Sewer located in or <br /> <br />upon Bossard Drive from West County Road B to a point approximately 350 feet north <br /> <br />of West County Road B is hereby accepted by the Village of Roseville as part of <br /> <br />its Sanitary Sewer system and that Rose Realty, Inc. as installer and the Agri- <br /> <br />cultural Insurance Company, as bonding company, be and are hereby released from <br /> <br />any further liability for construction and maintenance of said Sanitary Sewer. <br /> <br />Accepted by the Village Council this <br /> <br />.~\ I:, /,~ <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />f ./ <br /> <br />, 19 L. <br /> <br />,,' Ii <-~ <br />- -"t' ,I .,/ i"" ,'" <br /> <br />/ f:.<v~~' ,t'! ;:;;tJ~r.Lu.-vyj <br />~llage Clerk <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
