<br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />" <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PERA - OASI COVERAGE FOR VILLAGE Ef,IPLOYEES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, much discussion has been held regarding the Minnesota State <br />Legislature to permit municipal employees to elect to remain under <br />PERA or in the alternate to have a combination of OASI and PERA covera(!e <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this proposal will permit each individual employee of the <br />Village of Roseville to elect that form of retirement coverage which <br />will be more beneficial to him and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, use of combined OASI and PERA coverage for Village Employees <br />would not be levied to increase cost of retirement benefits paid by the <br />Villarrc OVer what each such cost would be if PERA coverage alone were <br />continued. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />ROSFVILLF, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />no. 1 This Council herewith records itself as favorin? <br />and making available to the Village employees of <br />this Village combination PEPA-OASI coverap:e. <br /> <br />The Clerk is hereby directed to have available copies of this <br />resolution to the legislature representing this district and <br />such other legis lature as he himself deems a:T[lropriatc. <br /> <br />Passed by the Village Council this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />1962. <br /> <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br />SEAL <br />
