<br />/~~b/~ J:c>/V <br /> <br />0s <br /> <br />bL/cS <br /> <br />'y C L/7 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />November 7, 1962 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a J?2 {-/4L <br /> <br />meeting <br /> <br />of the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Council Cham- <br />bers in the Village Hall on November 7, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br />The following Trustees were present: /ll/kf 6YR ;()J c t!fee I <br />7i?t-.j1?e~ (j.(j(Jcll?le..~.I /(a.sRIf/?J/9/l//Y /l/nf c0)/~/,#,n <br />and the following were absent: kt<:.-S Me-- 7"/ /9/V /9 9 ~ /v <br />*** *** *** <br /> <br />/Rtts7ie- J::AR~N'4.1C.. <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />/fr-~o/~7;o;v /Yo ~-S/6 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SINKING FUND FOR THE <br />PAYMENT OF WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS AND APPROPRIATING <br />TO THAT FUND TAXES AND SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS LEVIED <br />FOR IMPROVEMENTS FINANCED BY SUCH BONDS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />1. Under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Sections <br />429.091 and 475.61, a separate and special fund is created and shall hereafter be <br />maintained by the Treasurer on the official books and records of the Village, to be <br />designated as the Water Improvement Bond Sinking Fund. This fund shall be used <br />only to pay the principal of and interest on general obligation Water Improvement <br />Bonds of the Village, issued pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429 and any <br />future acts amending or supplementing the same, to finance the construction of the <br />municipal water system and improvements and extensions thereof; provided that no <br />bonds shall be issued and made payable from this fund unless the improvement or im- <br />provements financed thereby shall have been duly ordered after public hearing as <br />required by Chapter 429, and a contract has been awarded or other provision made as <br />therein required, for the construction of all or a portion of each such improvement, <br />and the Council has by resolution created a separate and special Improvement Fund <br />for each such improvement and has appropriated thereto from the proceeds of such <br />bonds a sum sufficient to pay all or any designated portion of the cost of such <br />improvement, in anticipation of the levy and collection of special assessments upon <br /> <br />-1- <br />
