".. ... <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held in the <br />Village Hall in said Village on Novembero?~ 1962, at <br />8:00 p.m. The following members were present: <br />77)~ 777~c/g~ C:;~:-uv,xf;O-Z:J~ J~/L <br />CL-.-.f::. 4~ I <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: 31~'~~ <br /> <br />Member /77~~ introduced the following <br />Resolution and moved lts adoption. <br /> <br />EESOLUTION NO. 6:5'011 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 30.110 of the Village Code of <br />the Village of Roseville authorizes the Council to set the <br />electrical inspector's fees by resolution, <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the electrical <br />inspector duly appointed by the Council pursuant to Section <br />30.050 of the Village Code of the Village of Roseville, shall <br />hereafter, from the time of the effective date of this <br />Resolution, be paid by the Village a percentage of the electrical <br />fees received by the Village. <br /> <br />The electrical inspector shall receive (50 5~).kZ~ <br />percentage of all the fees received by the Village of Roseville, <br />pursuant to Section 32.080. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of t e foregoing <br />Resolution was duly seconded by Member ~ <br />and upon a vote being taken thereon, the :01 OWlng vote <br />favor thereof: <br />" <br />77) /]1 ~& <br />,,~ . / <br />.d::/~ ?'----vr2 <br /> <br />, <br />ln <br /> <br /><1 1 <br /> <br />v} ~-e-<2/ ~~Z~;-c~4 <br /> <br />^ / <br />k:~~~, _. <br />... ).. -~r~,v' <br />
