Here absent: Trustee Flanaqun <br /> <br />;'lember Kustermann introduced the followinl" resolution and moved its <br /> <br />adoDtion. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 651 <br /> <br />VJjiEi{E/\S, the ?ublic Examiner's De]lartr~ent, State of ~1inne'sota, has <br />informed the Village Council that the titles of Villa~e Funds should be <br />clarified; <br /> <br />ANi) \';'HF.lU2/\S, the Vi llage Council must establish the title of \Tillage <br />Fund s ; <br /> <br />NOli, <br />follows: <br /> <br />THEPFFDRE, the titles or ti1e various funds as established are as <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />General Fund \\'hich shall encompass all receiDts and disbursen:ents <br />not specifically allocated to another fund. <br /> <br />2. Civil Defense Fund which shall encompass all receints and <br />disbursements resultinp from the Villare of Roseville Civil Defense <br />Department's operation. <br /> <br />3.
