<br />Extract of the I:inutes of the ~leetin~ <br />of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville <br />Eamsey County, :Iinnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinr of the <br /> <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville, 'linnesota, was held at the <br /> <br />Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said village on the 26th clay of <br /> <br />November, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />1110 followinp- members were nresent: r,layor McGee, Trustees Goodrich, <br /> <br />Kustermann and Schrenker. [,Jembor Goodrich temporarily excused hiIT!self from <br /> <br />the racetinrr. <br /> <br />and the follOllling were absent: Trustee Flanagan <br /> <br />"lember Schrcnker introduced the following resolution and J:1oved its <br /> <br />adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 652 <br /> <br />Requiring cert.ain officials and emDloyees of the Village of I~oseville <br />to furnish official Bonds and Affixing Amounts thereof. <br /> <br />;nIEREAS, pursuant t.o Minnesota Statutes 412.111 the Vill age Council <br />may require certain officials and employees of the Village of Roseville to <br />furnish official bonds and affixin.r: amounts thereof; <br /> <br />AND WHEREAS. the official bond of each officer and employee required <br />to furnish a bond shall be a corporate surety bond, and that no cor})orate surety <br />bond shall be accepted or approved unless executed by a corporation duly <br />authorized by the State of Minnesota to contract as a surety or guarantor; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village <br />of noseville: <br /> <br />1. That the fo llowing officers and employees of the ViHagc of <br />Roseville before entering upon the discharge of their duties <br />shall execute and furnish official bond.
