EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of December, 1994, at 5:30 p.m. The following members were present: Wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following were absent: None. Member Wiski introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9140 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 1995 RECYCLING FEE WHEREAS, the City of Roseville is dedicated to providing residents curbside recycling; and WHEREAS, the city Council has enacted Ordinance No. 1098 which autho- rizes the Council to establish a fee for the collection of curbside recyclables; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Roseville does hereby establish a recycling fee of $1.45 per household per month, which shall be paid by all single family, duplex, triplex, fourplex, and town house unit properties in the city of Roseville beginning January 1, 1995; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this fee shall be included on the city's quarterly utility statements. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: wiski, Goedeke, Mastel, P. Johnson, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
