<br />Extract of Minutes of the Meeting <br />of the Village Council of the <br />Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br />the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />at the Council Chambers in the Village Hall in said Village on the <br />3rd day of December, 1962, at 8:00 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: t1ayor McGee, Trustees <br />Flanagan, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker. <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and moved <br />its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 666 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED, Robert Hanson be appointed Village Engineer of <br />the Village of Roseville on the following terms: <br /> <br />1. His initial salary shall be $9,800 per year. <br /> <br />2. That said Robert Hanson shall be granted ten days vacation <br />per year, after fulfilling one satisfactory year as Village <br />Engineer, or after January I, 1964. <br /> <br />3. That said Robert Hanson is hereby given sick leave of <br />absence, based on one day per month, not to exceed 120 days <br />total accumulated. <br /> <br />4. That his working day shall be 8:00 o'clock a.m. to 4:30 p.m., <br />any time in excess will not be overtime. <br /> <br />5. The duties of said Robert Hanson shall be set by the Village <br />Council of the Village of Roseville; shall also be those duties <br />set forth in Minnesota Statutes; and also include the following: <br /> <br />A. He shall exercise jurisdiction over all engineering work <br />carried on by or contracted by the Village. <br /> <br />B. He shall exercise administrative control over the <br />Engineering Department. <br /> <br />6. That said Robert Hanson can be discharged at any time, by vote of <br />at least three members of the Council and that he is entitled to <br />thirty days pay. <br />
