Stat. 941.j.4.075 (957) gives <br />the Village of Rosevillc authority to certify to the Ramsey <br />County Auditor unpaid SQwage charies to be added as taxes <br />dbainst the real property served by a sanitary sewer; and <br /> <br />WHEREA$, The Villa~,e Code of the Village of <br />Roseville, at Section 70.150, pr@vides that the Village may <br />certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer <br />charges to be en~ered as part of the tax levy on said <br />premises the ensuing year. <br /> <br />NOW, ThEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL <br />FOR THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof by reference, is a list of parcels of real <br />property lying within the Village limits which are served <br />by sanitary sewers of the Village of Roseville, and on which <br />there are unpaid sewer charges up to and including June 30, <br />1962. <br />
