Tract B for the purpose of constructing and maintaining sanitary sewer mains over and across the land described, together with ingress and egress, all without furhter compensation. That the Village Attorney be and he hereby lS instructed to institute the necessary proceedings in condemnation under the power of eminent domain in the name and in behalf of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, to acquire the property hereinabove described under the statutes of the State of Minnesota, and the said attorney is further instructed and directed to take such steps as may be necessary to carry said proceedings to a conclusion. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Kustermann, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the resolution: Mayor McGee and Trustees: Kustermann, Goodrich, Schrenker & Curley. and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
