<br />RESOLUTION Ii' 6 7 () <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING STREETS IN THE PICKHARTZADDITION <br /> <br />"HHEREAS, Richard Pickhartz, as developer, has made an agreement with the <br />Village of Roseville to construct the streets in Pickhartz Addition, and pursuant <br />to said agreement, has undertaken to construct, or cause to be constructed, and <br />has duly filed his bond for the completion of construction of said street as fol- <br />lows: <br /> <br />Churchill Street, from cul-de-sac South of Transit to Transit <br />Street <br /> <br />Oxford Street, from l40 feet South of Transit to Transit, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Richard Pickhartz has filed and also made his request for the <br />approval and final acceptance of said streets by the Village of Roseville, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has examined and inspected said streets <br />and filed his certificate indicating that the construction of said streets has <br />been completed in accordance with all the terms of the agreement and recommends <br />the acceptance of said streets by the Village, <br /> <br />Nm-l THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />does hereby accept the construction of: <br /> <br />Churchill street, from cul-de-sac South of Transit to Transit <br />Street <br /> <br />Oxford street, from l40 feet South of Transit to Transit, and, <br /> <br />does hereby release Richard Pickhartz, developer, from any further liability <br />for this construction and maintenance of said streets. <br /> <br />"..-7~' . <br /> <br />(#/ / l--? .. / <br />...<.J .. / .. . / <br />~~ ~ ~~_~_l <br />LLAGE CLERK <br /> <br />ATrEST <br />
