<br />WHEREAS it appears ~hat Phelps Drake Company <br /> <br />of Minneapolis, Minn. is the lowest responsible bidder at <br /> <br />the tabulated price of $ 148.000 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the <br />Village of Rosevil1e, Minnesota: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Phelps Drake Company <br />for $ 148,000 in the name of the Village of Roseville <br />for Water Improvement No. 62-1, project No. ~, according to <br />the plans and specifications thereof heretofore approved by the <br />Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. <br />2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their <br />bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the next <br />lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed. <br /> <br />The motion was seconded by <br /> <br />Trustee Schrenker <br /> <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: All <br />and the following voted against: None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
