Extract of Min~'i:es of Meeting of Village Council Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota JanUary 28, 1963 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Village Hall in said villag. on the 28th da1 o~ January, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. The following members were present: ~1ayor ~'~cCee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and I<usterrnann and the following were absent: None ~{omhA'r (:nnI'I". introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 675 RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC SALE OF WATER IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. It is hereby found and determined that it is necessary at the present time to issue and sell improvement bonds of the Village in the amount of $ for the purpose of providing moneys for the payment of additib~~~O~osts of Water Improvement No. 62-1, in accordance with the provisions of the resolution adopted November 7, 1962, entitled IIResolution Establishing a Sinking Fund for the Payment of Water Improvement Bonds and Appropriating to that Fund Taxes and Special Assessments Levied for Improvements Financed by Such Bondsll. 2. This Council shall meet at the time and place designated in the form of notice herein contained for thepurpose of receiving, opening and considering sealed bids for and awarding the sale of said bondsr and the Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of the ttme, place and purpose of said meeting to be published in The Rose Tribune, the official newspaper of the Village, and in the Commercial West, a financial newspaper published at Minneapolis, Minnesota, which notice shall be in substantially the following form:
