The Village Clerk also advises that additional <br />financing needs will be required in the following areas, <br />not yet determined: <br /> <br />A. Approximately $665,000 Water Improvement No. <br />62-2. <br /> <br />B. Approximately $500,000 industrial area proposed <br />Water Improvement No. 63-1. <br /> <br />c. Approximately $2,000,000 additional water improve- <br />ments to cover north central area of village con- <br />templated in old Water Improvement l-A. This will <br />require initiation of new proceedings and public <br />hearing, etc. <br /> <br />The imminence of the foregoing financing must be con- <br />sidered in evaluating present needs. <br /> <br />4. School Financing: <br /> <br />On November l4, 1961 the school district authorized <br />$3,500,000 worth of bonds, of which $900,000 were issued <br />March 1, 1962 and $900,000 were issued November l, 1962. <br />Two additional issues of $900,000 and $800,000 respectively <br />are planned. School officials advise they will require <br />additional funds no later than September, 1963, which means <br />that a bond s9.le must be scheduled no later than August l5. <br />They had originally hoped that the sale could be scheduled <br />in Mayor June of 1963, and the last sale scheduled in <br />February of 1964. They advise that if it will accommodate <br />the village, they can wait with the first sale until August, <br />1963. <br /> <br />2 <br />
