Said village has been a municipal corporation duly organized <br /> <br />under the laws of the state of Minnesota since May, 194B. <br /> <br />2. The population of said village, according to the 1950 census <br /> <br />was 6437. 1960 census figures indicate that the population was <br /> <br />23,997. The present population is estimated to be <br /> <br />26,000 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />3. Said village. includes an area of 8800 acres and is divided <br /> <br />into <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br />voting precincts. <br /> <br />4. The Rose Tribune is theofficial newspaper of said village <br /> <br />and is published on Thursday of every week. <br /> <br />5.
