<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />Village Council of the Village of Roseville <br />Ramsey County, Mimlesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the Village Coundil of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the Village Hall in said village on Monday, the 28th <br /> <br />day of January, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Trustees <br /> <br />Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker <br /> <br />and the fOllowing were absA.nt: None <br /> <br />Trustee Goodrich moved the adoption of the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 676 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PImPARA1r:LON OF <br />REPORT ON WATER L~PRO\1EMENT NO. 63-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS it is proposed to improve that portion of the Village <br /> <br />of Roseville bounded on the south by Highway #36, on the west by the <br /> <br />west village limits, on the north by County Road C and on the east <br /> <br />by a line running midway between Fairview and Cleveland Avenues, and <br /> <br />the strip along County Road C west of Snelling Avenue for the pur- <br /> <br />pose of a community water system and to assess the benefited prop- <br /> <br />erty for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br /> <br />Minn. Statutes Sees. 429.011 to 429.111 (Minn. Statutes 1961) <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILIAGE COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the Roseville <br /> <br />Engineering Department for study and that they are instructed to <br />
