<br />EXTRACT OF r,HNUTES OF HEETING OF TIlE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLF: HELD JANUARY 28, 1963 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, ~{innesota, was <br />duly called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on <br />January 28, 1963, at 8:00 p.m. The followinp: members Were present: <br /> <br />r'~ayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Schrenker, Goodrich and <br />Kustermann <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: :~one <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the folIowing resolution ane! <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 685 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />WHE!lEAS, it is proposed to improve the following described <br />areas for the Village of Roseville, County of Ramsey and State of <br />rlinnesota, to-wit: <br /> <br />Long Lake Road between County Road C and County <br />RoaJ B-2; <br />County Road B-2 between Long Lake Road and \ialnut Street; <br />and <br />St. Croix Street between right of \my of Trunk Highway 36 <br />and the proposed County Road B-2. <br /> <br />Said improvements are to consist of the construction of a nine-ton <br />capacity road on all of the above right of ways, and the construction <br />of necessary storm drainage systems on said right of ways, and the <br />construction of curbs and gutters, and l\!ill be made pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />FOIl THE VILLAGE OF rrOSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />
