Extract of Hinutes of Meeting of the Village Counci I of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Hinnesota Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held a t the Village Hall in said Village on Monday, the 28th day of January, 1963 at 8:00 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and Kustermann and the following were absent: None Member Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 687 BE IT RESOLVED, that the pay day for Village employees be established on a bi-weekly basis commencing February 1, 1963. The pay period shall run from Sunday through the Saturday two weeks later. Pay day shall be on the Wednesday after the end of the pay period. If the regular pay day falls on a holiday, the employees shall be paid on the day preceding the holiday. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goodrich, and upon vote being taken the following voted in favor: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and Kustermann and the following voted against: None WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
