<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minneso- <br />ta was duly held on the 9th day of January, 1995 at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski, and V. Johnson, and the fo1lnwinq were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Goedeke introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RBSOLUTIOR 9144 <br /> <br />RBSOLUTIOR OR DBSIGllAT:IOR OP BAB S:IGllATOR:IBS <br /> <br />NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, <br /> <br />that the following persons be designated official signatories for <br />the City of Roseville for 1995. <br /> <br />Vernon Johnson, Mayor <br /> <br />Steven R. Sarkozy, City Manager <br /> <br />Edward L. Burrell, Finance Director/Treasurer <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Wiski and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, <br />Wiski, and V. Johnson, <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
