<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE Vr:r..:LrlJ:}E COUNCIL OF' <br />ROSEVILLE HELD ON February 4 , 19 63 <br /> <br />************************ <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof', a regular meeting of the Village <br />Council of the Village of Ibseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held ia the <br />Vlllage F.aJ.1. in the said Village on February 4 , 19 6:i.--J at 8000 'Pam. <br />The following members were present: <br />Mayor MCGee, Trustees Curley, GoOdrich, Kustermann and Schrenker <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: none <br /> <br />Me:mber <br />its adoption~ <br /> <br />Curley <br /> <br />introduced the follo'Wing Resolution and moved, <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 695 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an assessment for sanitary sewers (O~I~I~lfI3!PIOO(_l'~ <br />~iN ~ l~ l~ llJ.tX ~!f!:lMC)< was levied by the Village of lbseville against <br />the following parcel of' land bearing County Auditor I s No 0 (81 )" and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in the year 1962 a conveyance was filed giving title of the said <br />property to the V'.i.llage of Ibseville, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL FOR T1BIE 'VILLAGE OF <br />ROSE'VILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />10 The special assessments for sanitary sewers heretofore levied against <br />said property with the following amounts now unpaid" and the next payment fo!' said <br />installments due on are reapportioned as follows: <br /> <br />On the following described real property, the assessment shall be :I> <br /> <br />(LegaJ. description of' property) <br /> <br />On the fol.1J:l'Wing described real property, the assessment shaJ.l be $ <br />(LegaJ. description of property,)/ <br />
