<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL <br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Purusant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota, was duly held in the Village <br /> <br />Hall at 2701 North Lexington Avenue, st. Paul, Minnesota, on MJnday, the 4th Day <br /> <br />of February, 1963, at 8.00 o'clock P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor McGee, Trustees Curley, Goodrich, <br /> <br />Kustermann and Schrenker.
