<br />RESOLUTION NO, 704 <br /> <br />Extract of Minutes of Heeting <br />of Village Council <br />Village of Roseville, Ramsey County, Minnesota <br />February 25, 1963 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Council <br /> <br />of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at the Council Chambers <br /> <br />in the Village !Iall on February 25, 1963, at 8:00 o'clock p,r,!. <br /> <br />The following Trustees were present: r.layor ncCec, Trustees Curley, <br /> <br />Schrenker, Goodrich and Kustermann <br /> <br />amI the following were absent: None <br /> <br />The Clerk presented affidavits showinp: publication as directed by the <br /> <br />resolution dated January 28, 1963, of notice of sale of $1,250,000 Water <br /> <br />Improvement Donds, Series 2, which were examined and found satisfactory and <br /> <br />directed to be placed on file. The Clerk also presented all sealed bids <br /> <br />received at his office pursuant to notice of sale, prior to 8:00 o'clock P,M. <br /> <br />this date, which bids were then opened and publicly read and considered, and <br /> <br />the highest and best bid of each bidder was ascertained to be as follows: <br /> <br />1st National Bank of St. Paul <br />Allison-Williams Co., Mpls. <br />J. r.l.
