Johnson who <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9146 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE AND SALE OF <br />$2,500,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION IMPROVEMENT <br />BONDS, SERIES 21 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey <br />Coun ty, Minnesota (City) as follows: <br /> <br />1.
