EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 9th day of January, 1995 at 5:30 p.m. The following were present: Johnson P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and V. , and the following were absent: None. Member P. Johnsonintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9147 ESTABLISHING PARK DEDICATION VALUES WHEREAS, The City of Roseville has an adopted ordinance requiring park dedication fees to offset the impact of additional development, and WHEREAS, the adopted ordinance #1061 requires the reestablishment of values at least every two years. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville, reestablishes the foJlowing values for park dedication: A. The portion to be dedicated in all residentially zoned areas shall be 10 percent, and 4 percent in all other areas. B. Where money is paid in lieu of land, the values for residential purposes shall be: $500 per single family lot $400 per townhouse or duplex unit $350 per unit for multi-family structures with three or more units C. For all land zoned other than residential, the deposit for park purposes shall be four percent (4%) of the value of the unimproved land as determined by the Ramsey County Assessor pursuant to Minnesota Statute 273.17; or $4,500 per acre, whichever amount is less. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Goedeke , and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: P. Johnson, Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, and V. Johnson, and the following voted against the same: None.
