<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD FEBRUARY 25, 1963 <br />***************** * * *** <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the Village Council of the Village of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br />called and held at the Village Hall in said Village on February 25, 1963, <br />at 8:00 p.m. The following men bers were present: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee, and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Kustermann and Schrenker. <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 715 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS OF RAMSEY COUNTY <br />ON WIDENING OF COUNTY ROAD "C". <br /> <br />WHEREAS, M.S.A. ~ 162.17 authorizes villages and <br />counties to enter into cooperative agreements for the division of costs <br />and responsibilities to be borne by each for right-of-way, construction, <br />improvement and maintenance, including snow removal, of county state- <br />aid highways and municipal state-aid streets established and located <br />within such cities, villages or counties; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Village and of the <br />County to construct certain improvements, including the widening of <br />County Road II C" Between Cleveland Avenue and Snelling Avenue lying <br />within the confines of the Village of Roseville; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 3, 1962, the Village of Roseville <br />entered into a contract with the County of Ramsey, wherein it was agreed <br />that such improvements would be made to County Road IICII I and further <br />providing that such construction would be pursuant to the said Agreement <br />according to the plans and specifications attached thereto and made a <br />part thereof; and <br />
