<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE HELD MARCH II, 1963. <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a <br />regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village <br />of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at <br />the Village Hall in said Village on March II, 1963 at <br />8:00 p.m. The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor McGee, and <br />Trustees Curley, Goodrich, Schrenker and <br />Kustermann; <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Member Goodrich introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 717 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION VACATING A SECTION OF ALAMEDA STREET <br />IN THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a petition signed by an excess of fifth <br />per cent of the land owners adjoining the section of the <br />street hereinafter set forth has been submitted to the <br />Village Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to motion made and passed by <br />the Village Council for the Village of Roseville setting <br />the time for a public hearing on such vacation for March <br />II, 1963 in the Council Chambers of the Roseville Village <br />Hall at 8:00 p.m., a public hearing was duly and regularly <br />held; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL FOR <br />THE VILLAGE OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That Alameda Street lying between the points <br />
